Equipment — presses, parts and uptime

We source, install, commission and service flexo presses from leading European and Asian manufacturers. Every machine ships with a local parts contract and a service hotline, Monday to Saturday.

What we supply

  • Narrow-web flexo presses (220–430 mm)
  • Mid-web flexo presses (430–800 mm)
  • Wide-web flexo presses (up to 1,300 mm)
  • Slitter rewinders & inspection lines
  • Plate-mounting and pre-press stations
  • UV/EB curing modules and chill rolls
  • Anilox cleaning and audit systems
  • Asahi AWP plate processors — 2530 and 4835 formats
  • Hydrocarbon solvent recovery / distillation units
  • Vulcan printing blankets and cylinder mounting systems
  • Spare parts and consumable wear items

Platemaking, solvent recovery & press blankets

We also equip the pre-press and finishing side of your operation: Asahi AWP water-wash plate processors in the 2530 and 4835 formats for shops making their own plates, hydrocarbon solvent recovery units that redistill spent wash-out solvent for reuse, and printing blankets and cylinder mounting systems from Vulcan Specialty Products — backed by a local spare parts stock for all three.

The PAK service contract

Every press we install comes with an option-based service contract — preventive maintenance schedules, on-call response within four hours, and a guaranteed parts pool stocked in Vietnam. We have engineers based in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi.

Used and refurbished options

Not every line needs new metal. We carefully restore selected used presses to factory tolerances and ship them with the same warranty as new equipment. This route can cut your CAPEX by 40–60%.
